You can upgrade your subscription at any time by contacting Instancy support team. You may downgrade your subscription after your existing subscription term has expired.
A general Instancy mobile app is available for no additional cost under all the subscription plans. But a branded app published separately to the Apple and Google Apps stores has an additional subscription fee.
A few courses under general business topics are included at no cost, however, you may subscribe to one or more comprehensive course libraries for an additional subscription fee. Most of business subscriptions are available on an annual plan.
The pricing is based on number of learners, group administrators, managers, classroom instructors, administrators, and authors. In addition, pricing is based on apps required. The basic plan includes the base learning platform apps. You may subscribe to optional/additional apps.
For example, you may need the basic LMS application, but not need to authoring app suite if you author content in external authoring tools.
Individual Expert plan: there is revenue share involved in content/course sales. Learning Community plan: there is no revenue share involved under this plan. However, if Instancy sells the courses then there is a revenue share. Learning Enterprise plan: there is no revenue share.
