Terri is a creative yet results-driven manager who gets involved in most projects at Instancy. She brilliantly manages the bridge between the creative and technical teams. 

Whether it is a design document meant to be a roadmap for an infrastructure implementation, owning all things web-related, or analyzing instructional technology documents, Terri is involved.

Terri brings to Instancy a unique blend of instructional design and marketing ability. Responsible for digital marketing and customer development, she uses her experience to blend traditional and current marketing with social networks and technology. Her ability to communicate creative processes to technical teams enables synergy between Instancy’s breadth of technology while focusing on the learner.

Terri’s experience consulting to companies such as AT&T, Charter Communications, Berlitz/Telelangue Language Schools, National Association of Electrical Distributors, Anheuser-Busch, Merck, Skillsoft, Ralston Purina, Motorola, and Data General brings her depth of experience into most aspects of Instancy. Companies she has owned or have had majority ownership include: ShearTech Advantage, ShearLearn Global and Educational Xperience.

Terri has a Masters in Marketing and International Business.
